Agreement to Pay Sales Tax

If my bid is accepted, and in the event this merchandise is used by me, for any purpose, which would make it subject to tax as a retail tax, it is understood, that I am required to report and pay, in addition, such tax that is due and determined by the above purchase.

Bid Policy

Bidding will be kept open for a reasonable amount of time, which shall be established by Community First Credit Union. The bidding will stay open until Community First Credit Union receives payment for an acceptable bid. Bids are considered on a first come, first serve basis. An acceptable bid is defined as one that is the highest bid received during the bidding process, falls within the price range established by Community First Credit Union (red book; mileage and condition), and approved by the Vice President of Lending or the Collections Manager.

Any and all bids received by Community First Credit Union shall be held in the strictest confidence. The bids shall not be disclosed to any one showing interest in the vehicle or bidding on it. Bidding will be done on a one time basis only. Therefore, it is strongly suggested that you submit your best offer as you will not be given another chance to bid once a higher bid is received or accepted. If two bids of the exact amount are submitted, the higher bid will be the one received first. The time and date the bid was submitted will be placed on the upper right hand corner of this bid form. Further, be advised that Community First Credit Union will only contact the bidder submitting highest bid. The bidding process will remain open until payment is received in full. MERCHANDISE WILL NOT BE HELD WITHOUT PAYMENT IN FULL. The final purchase price shall be strictly confidential and will not be released to any bidder.
