Systems Support


Days/Shift: Varies

Hours: Full Time

Come and grow your career with Community First Credit Union's Systems team!  If you are experienced with information systems, and have a passion for delivering WOW service by providing troubleshooting, problem-resolution, and phone support to our internal and external members, this could be the perfect position for you!

The Systems Support position encompasses both data operations (50%) and help desk (50%). Responsibilities include: accurately maintaining the credit union’s data processing, providing help desk support to employees using our technology, and providing support to members with home banking questions.
There are two shifts for this position which rotate each week. One week the schedule is from 6:45 am – 3:15 pm and the schedule for the second week is 12:00 pm – 8:30 pm. The individual in this position will also be scheduled one Saturday per month from 6:45 am to 3:15 pm.

A High School diploma or equivalent degree (GED, HSED) is required; Associates degree in information systems is preferred. Two years’ experience with information systems or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience is also required. Familiarity with CFCU's technical platform and proficiency at reading and updating department procedures is strongly desired. The ability to work a rotating schedule of early morning, late evening, and Saturday hours is a requirement of this position.
