Community First Insurance Center (CFIC), a Credit Union Service Organization (CUSO) of Community First Credit Union has an immediate opening for a Licensed Member Insurance Representative to sell and service property, casualty, and life insurance in a team environment!
This position is open as a result of a growth strategy. As a salaried (plus annual bonus) position, qualified candidates will work with the team to respond to over 100 referrals from the Credit Union branch network each month! No cold calls! No knocking on doors! No worries about where your next sale will come from!
As a Licensed Insurance Member Representative you will:

- Identify member needs, recommend solutions and provide product options to meet their needs
- Advise members on how to minimize risk through property, casualty, and life insurance products
- Provide same-day response to referrals, follow up on quotes, and ensure that all elements of the sale are completed from application to payment setup.
- Enter and process applications thoroughly in the AMS360 system
- Maintain state licensing requirements and keep abreast of regulatory changes and requirements

Qualified applicants will be confident responding to member inquires both in person and on the phone, have a strong ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and maintain a wide knowledge-base of insurance products, services, and technology. A high school diploma or equivalent certificate with at least 2 years’ experience as a licensed P & N agent or CSR. Candidates must possess current Property, Casualty, and Life Insurance licenses in the State of Wisconsin.
