Member Service Representative - Mason

Functions:
MSRs acquire, expand and retain new and existing member relationships.  Join the excitement and provide WOW service by identifying and offering the right financial solutions to our members.  Responsibilities include consumer lending, real estate referrals and maintaining a thorough knowledge of credit union products and services to assess and meet members’ needs.

Requirements:
This position requires exceptional member service and communication skills as well as a strong knowledge of Community First Credit Union’s products and services.  An Associate’s Degree in a related field and two years relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of the two, is required; prior lending experience is preferred.
