Functions: Provide outstanding, quality service to external and internal members. Track loans throughout the process to ensure meeting closing deadlines. Lead the processing team, providing leadership, training, and coaching. Ensure compliance with federal and state laws and regulations.
Community First Credit Union, a growing, locally owned $2.7 Billion financial cooperative, is seeking an experienced Mortgage Processing Manager to provide leadership to our Mortgage Processing Team.
Plan, organize and direct the Mortgage Processing Department's activities and maintain an efficient, effective, and compliant process.

Qualified candidates will possess a Bachelorís or Associate's degree in finance or related field plus 6+ years relevant experience in mortgage/consumer processing and closing. Knowledge of federal and state mortgage laws and regulations necessary along with 5+ years experience in a leadership role.
