Receptionist (Part Time) - Richmond

Hours: Part-Time

Functions:
Receptionists report to the Branch Manager, and serve as the first point of contact with our members; outstanding service skills and ability to multitask are essential.  Responsibilities include greeting members and serving as "traffic manager" by ensuring members are directed to appropriate resources in a professional and efficient manner.  Other duties include answering incoming calls, operating office equipment and accurate record keeping.

 


Requirements:
A high school diploma and previous office experience is required.  Exceptional communication skills, a passion for providing excellent member service, and time management skills are also required.  Organizational skills, assertiveness, and computer proficiency in Microsoft Office products is preferred.
