Our Organizational Development and Training team continues to grow and is seeking to add a Teller Trainer!

- Serve as an expert on Teller Operations
- Work with various areas of the credit union to determine and monitor Teller training needs
- Deliver both new hire and continuous Teller training
- Develop and implement systems, compliance, and procedural documentation and procedures
- Schedule, coordinate, design, implement, deliver, and monitor Teller training activities

Associate’s degree or equivalent preferred; 5+ years of teller experience, preferably including coaching and/or training responsibilities. Candidates must demonstrate success in providing exceptional member service, working accurately, and professionalism.
