The PC Technician supports overall desktop performance by installing and maintaining network and software technology. Under the direction of the Network Administrator, the PC Technician will provide outstanding technical and analytical support to end users on a variety of issues with credit unionís systems platform. The PC Technician installs voice, data, local, wide-area network technology and facilities, as well as communications software and equipment. This role calls for a versatile individual who is able to multi-task and work with a variety of technology packages.
Applicants should be familiar with the Credit Unionís technical platform, be comfortable writing and updating department procedures, and have strong troubleshooting skills. An Associate degree in business or information systems or two years of experience is required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
