Assistant Branch Manager - OneidaOneidaHours: Full-time
Functions: Assist the Branch Manager with efficient and effective management of a full service branch by: participating in day-to-day operations of the branch, supervising and assisting with staff management, expanding on and adding to our member relationships.
Other duties include ensuring established policies and procedures are followed, supporting the Branch Manager in meeting branch goals, and providing exceptional member service.
Requirements: A Bachelor’s Degree in a related field and two years of banking experience, or equivalent combination of experience and education is required. Relevant experience includes: consumer lending, sales and service, compliance with regulatory policies. Organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to multitask, effective verbal and written communication skills, computer proficiency, and the ability to coach and mentor staff is also required.
