Do I need to RSVP to attend?
Yes, we ask you to register in advance. This will assist us in planning and allow time to share additional information to help you attend in person or online. Your registration also serves as entry into the prize drawing, which will be announced during the meeting.

Can I change how I’d like to attend after I have registered?
If you change the way you’d like to attend after you have registered, no notification to us is necessary.

What if more than one person in my household is a member-owner?
Please have each member-owner in your household (18 or over) who will participate in the meeting register individually so they can be included in the prize drawings.

Will there be an election?
Yes, members will be able to cast ballots whether they are attending online or in person.

Will there be giveaways?
Eligible member-owners registered to attend the Annual Meeting by 11:59 pm on Wednesday, April 29th, 2026 will be able to participate in the prize drawing. Winners will be announced at the end of the meeting and contacted by email or phone afterwards. Only one entry per Community First member-owner is allowed. Employees, board members, and their immediate family members living in the same household are not eligible to win.

Where can I find the agenda or annual report?
Meeting-related information will be included in communications before the event. Following the Annual Meeting, the annual report will also be available on our website.

Will busing be provided from outlying communities?
This year’s Annual Meeting offers members two ways to attend, either in person or online. In addition, the May timeframe allows for better road conditions and longer daylight. As a result, busing will not be provided.

What is a virtual “live stream” broadcast?
A live stream is an online viewing of an event, sort of like a live TV show. Days before the event, you will receive a direct link to a web page where the broadcast can be viewed live on May 6th.

If I choose to attend online, how will I know how to participate in the meeting?
A few days before the broadcast, information will be sent to the email address provided during registration. In that email, there will be a link to the broadcast as well as links to other meeting documents. You will also receive a reminder email with the same information on the day of the event.

NOTE: If multiple people in your household registered with the same email address, you will only receive one email per address.

Will I have to download or subscribe to anything?
No downloads or subscriptions are needed are needed to view the event, but you will need to verify your membership to participate in voting. All you need is a computer, tablet, or smartphone with a reliable high-speed internet connection to watch the broadcast and an email address where we can send your participation information.

When should I “arrive” for the meeting?
A countdown will be shown on the page 20 minutes prior to the broadcast start. We recommend you bring the page up on your device at least by 6:55 pm to give yourself time to become familiar with the volume and screen controls beforehand.

Will I be able to view the meeting if I miss the live stream?
Yes, a recording of the Annual Meeting live stream will be available on our website within a few days after the event.
