Q. How do I save my e-Statement?
A. Your e-Statements are saved on our Digital Banking Server, for your printing or viewing needs. However, if you need to save it outside of Digital Banking, you can elect to save your statement by selecting one and click on the save option (icon) in the viewer.
Q. How will I know my statement is available?
A. You will be notified by email that your statement can be viewed in Digital Banking. The notification will be sent to your email address on file, you can manage your email address in Digital Banking.
Q. How do I print my e-Statement?
A. When viewing a statement, select Print from your browser to print.
Q. How do I download or save my e-Statement?
A. Your e-Statements are securely stored and can be accessed anytime. However, when viewing a statement, you may save or download it using the options (Save As or Export as PDF) under the File menu of your browser.
Q. Why can’t I see the statement(s) of my joint account?
A. As a joint owner, you are able to view all account activity and transfer funds to and from accounts where you have ownership. However, statements are only delivered to the primary account owner in Digital Banking or via mail if selected.
Q. When will my e-Statement be available?
A. E-statements are available in the first week following the end of the month. You will be notified by email when it is available.
Q. How long will my e-Statement be available online?
A. Your e-Statements will be available on Digital Banking for the current year and previous two years. If you need a statement prior to that, please contact us by secure message in Digital Banking, call us at 920-830-7200 or visit any branch.
