What is the Personalized Dashboard?

The Personalized Dashboard is your personal home page in Digital Banking that lets you customize the order of your account listing, see an overview of your recent activity, set and watch your progress toward goals, get a snapshot of your spending, stay in touch with your credit score and more. Its fast and intuitive design makes it easy to use.

Can I use Google Authenticator™?

Yes. Part of our Advanced Security includes the option to use Google Authenticator™ as a multi-factor authentication option.

Will I be able to see my accounts that are not with Community First?

Yes! Connecting accounts you may have at other financials is easy to do and can make Community First’s Digital Banking your one-stop financial hub, allowing you to view transactions and transfer money between accounts.

What is Credit Score Monitoring?

Credit Score Monitoring, through SavvyMoney, will display your credit score, help you understand it, learn about things that impact it, and what you can do to strengthen it.

How can I find my account number?

You can find your account number:

Can I control my credit and/or debit cards?

Yes! There's a variety of self-serve options for your credit and debit cards including the ability to turn your cards on and off, instantly.

Can I open a deposit account?

Yes! In just a few simple steps, you’ll be able to open a new savings or certificate of deposit to help you save, all within Digital Banking – anytime!

Can I deposit checks with my phone?

Yes! You can deposit checks! It's faster and easier than before and you can deposit multiple checks, saving you time.

Can I do Peer to Peer (P2P) payments from my bank account to another individual's account?

Yes! Within the Community First community of member-owners, digital member-to-member transfers are a fast, safe and easy way to send and receive money. In addition, other popular peer-to-peer (P2P) payments can be set up. Learn more.

Q. How do I save my e-Statement?

A. Your e-Statements are saved on our Digital Banking Server, for your printing or viewing needs. However, if you need to save it outside of Digital Banking, you can elect to save your statement by selecting one and click on the save option (icon) in the viewer.

Q. How will I know my statement is available?

A. You will be notified by email that your statement can be viewed in Digital Banking. The notification will be sent to your email address on file, you can manage your email address in Digital Banking.

Q. How do I print my e-Statement?

A. When viewing a statement, select Print from your browser to print.

Q. How do I download or save my e-Statement?

A. Your e-Statements are securely stored and can be accessed anytime. However, when viewing a statement, you may save or download it using the options (Save As or Export as PDF) under the File menu of your browser.

Q. Why can’t I see the statement(s) of my joint account?

A. As a joint owner, you are able to view all account activity and transfer funds to and from accounts where you have ownership. However, statements are only delivered to the primary account owner in Digital Banking or via mail if selected.

Q. When will my e-Statement be available?

A. E-statements are available in the first week following the end of the month. You will be notified by email when it is available.

Q. How long will my e-Statement be available online?

A. Your e-Statements will be available on Digital Banking for the current year and previous two years. If you need a statement prior to that, please contact us by secure message in Digital Banking, call us at 920-830-7200 or visit any branch.

Budgeting, Spending & Savings Goals

What is Budgeting & Spending?

Budgeting and Spending lets you see where your money is being spent by categorizing purchases automatically from your CFCU accounts, as well as accounts from other financial institutions you may connect. See categories like gas, groceries, travel, entertainment and more to help you monitor and manage your own spending habits.

What kind of information will I see about my spending?

Your transactions on your CFCU accounts and accounts from other financials that you connect will be automatically categorized based on the merchant type. You'll see general merchandise, entertainment, gas stations, restaurants/dining, groceries and more. You can modify the categories and what accounts are included. A Spending Analysis graph will help you see how your spending compares month to month.

Can I connect accounts from outside Community First?

Yes! You can connect accounts for ‘account aggregation’, which allows you to see a full financial picture of your balances in one place, with CFCU’s Digital Banking and our Financial Wellness tools. You will also be able to see individual transactions within those accounts.

How can the Financial Health Checkup tool help me manage my money better?

A Financial Health Checkup tool will assess your balances, borrowing, spending and savings to create a financial wellness score along with tips and suggestions to improve your financial wellness.

What are Savings Goals?

Savings Goals make it easy to track your savings progress. After you set a goal, you’ll be able to see your progress on your Dashboard. You can even set up regular transfers. You can have more than one goal active at the same time.

How do I set up a Savings Goal?

There are two steps for setting up your Savings Goal.
1.) Create your goal. Click ‘Create a Savings Goal’ in the displayed box (widget) on your Dashboard. Next:

Select the existing account where you will save and choose what you are saving for
Create a description for your goal
Set the balance goal you’d like to reach and your target date
Select the “Create Savings Goal” button. Your goal will now appear on your Dashboard

2.) Then, you have the option to set up transfers to help you reach your goal.

What is Cash Flow?

The cash flow widget provides a quick snapshot of the past 30 days of money in and out of your accounts. When you click on it, you’ll also be able to see a month-over-month view of all or any individual accounts you have with CFCU.

Credit Monitoring/SavvyMoney

Will accessing SavvyMoney Credit Score ‘ping’ my credit and potentially lower my credit score?

No. Credit Score Monitoring by SavvyMoney uses a 'soft inquiry', which does not affect your credit score. In contrast, lenders use ‘hard inquiries’ to make decisions when you apply for loans

What is Credit Score Monitoring by SavvyMoney?

Credit Score Monitoring helps you stay on top of your credit. You get your latest credit score and report and an understanding of key factors that impact your score. It also helps you keep an eye out for identity theft with daily monitoring and email notifications if there are any big changes detected, such as: a new account being opened, change in address or employment, a delinquency has been reported or an inquiry has been made. Credit Score Monitoring is powered by SavvyMoney.

Is there a fee?

No. Credit Score Monitoring by SavvyMoney is provided at no cost as a benefit of your member-ownership with Community First.

How often is my credit score updated?

Your credit score will be automatically updated each month. You may also click “refresh score” as frequently as every day from the Credit Score tile on the Digital Banking dashboard.

Do I have to sign up?

Yes, the initial score you’ll see is a National Average. Clicking on “See My Score” will enroll you to see your own credit score. After a few minutes, the score you see on your dashboard will update from the National Average to yours.

Is this the same credit score you use for lending decisions?

Not exactly, but it is very similar and good indicator of your overall credit health. There are three major credit-reporting bureaus - Equifax, Experian and Transunion - and two scoring models - FICO or VantageScore - that determine credit scores. They are similar in the results they provide. Credit Monitoring by SavvyMoney currently displays the VantageScore from Transunion. We use a similar score from another bureau along with many other considerations when it comes to lending.

Can I view my credit report in Credit Score Monitoring?

Yes, you can view your credit report. SavvyMoney will also provide guidance on what is helping and hurting your score, so you can make adjustments. If you see something that is wrong or inaccurate, you can even start the dispute process.

Can my joint account holder see their credit score too?

Credit Score Monitoring pulls credit score information based on the primary account holder – the person you are logged in as. If a joint owner would like to see their own score, logging into Digital Banking with their own login credentials will allow them to enroll.

Quick Balance

What is the Quick Balance widget?

The Quick Balance widget offers the convenience of being able to check your account balances without having to launch the full mobile app and log in.

Our Mobile App must be installed to use Quick Balance. Once the latest version of our app is installed, you can add what is called a widget to your mobile device. This will allow you to authenticate and choose the account(s) you want to be able to see the balance of at any time.

When the widget is set up:

You’ll see the nickname of the account, available balance and the date and timestamp the balance was last updated.
You’ll also be able to use the:
- Lock Card feature to keep usage control at your fingertips. (For deposit accounts with a card.)
- “Transfer” icon/link. Tapping on the transfer icon will launch the CFCU Mobile App. Once authenticated, you’ll be directed straight to the “Make a Transfer” feature

Once set up, the widget will continue to the show your account’s available balance. It will refresh the balance roughly every 15 minutes, but the balance and time stamp will only update if the available balance changed.

How do I set up the Quick Balance widget on an Apple (iOS) device?

Download the latest CFCU Digital Banking app for Apple phones and tablets.

Step 1: Search Quick Balance Widget
Go to any screen with the device unlocked > long hold (hold down for a period of time) empty space to enable edit mode

In the upper left hand corner click the + symbol
Search for CFCU
Select CFCU from the list of results

Step 2: Add Quick Balance Widget
This will pull up and display the available CFCU widgets.

Tap Add Widget at the bottom of the screen. This will add the Widget to the screen. The widget can be dragged the preferred location on the screen.
Tap Done in the upper right hand corner to disable edit mode

Step 3: Sign Into User ID
Tap on the widget to launch the app and sign into their User ID for the account you want to add. Note: A security challenge may occur, but continue and complete the whole log in process.

Upon successful login, the Quick Balance Widget screen will say it was enrolled with a green check mark

Log out and return the widget to complete the setup.

Step 4: Select Accounts for Quick Balance
Now that the widget is authenticated, you will be instructed to hold down (long hold) on the widget.

Select Edit Widget, this will open the settings for the widget
Tap Choose, this will open a list of their account to choose from

Select the account to display as Quick Balance

Step 5: Adding Accounts and Stacking Accounts
Adding Accounts
To add accounts long hold to edit the widget and choose a different account.
You can also add more CFCU widgets and choose different accounts to view by completing Step 1 thru Step 4.

Stacking Accounts
To stack accounts long hold to edit. Stack by dragging the widget on top of another to create a stack.
This allows you to flip or scroll through the widgets, provides a great experience, and saves screen room by stacking multiple widgets for different accounts.

Once the Quick Balance Widget is setup, you can tap on the widget to launch the mobile app for a “quick link” experience.

Step 6: Additional Functions Available in Quick Balance
Transfer Funds
Tap on Transfer

This will launch the mobile app. You will need to authenticate, and then it will take you directly to the Transfer Screen.

Lock Card
If the account has a Card associated and Registered in Digital Banking for Card Controls, you will also have the a Lock Card icon as an option too.
Tap Lock Card

This will launch the mobile app. You will need to authenticate, then you’ll go directly to the account for that card’s Card Control screen.

How do I setup the Quick Balance widget on an Android device?

Download the latest CFCU Digital Banking app for Android phones and tablets.

Step 1: Search Quick Balance Widget
Go to any screen with the device unlocked > long hold (hold down for a period of time) empty space to enable edit mode

At the bottom of that screen tap on Widgets icon

Now the search screen will show, search for CFCU, > Tap the widget labeled CFCU

The widget will now be added to your screen.

Step 2: Log In
The widget will show ‘Log In’.

Tap Log In on the widget, it will launch the CFCU Mobile App. Complete the login process.

Once authenticated, you’ll see the confirmation screen showing the Quick Balance Widget on the enrolled device.

You can now close the app and return to the screen where you placed your Widget to complete setup.

Step 3: Choose Accounts
The widget will now read "Choose Account".

Tap Choose Account - The widget will take a few seconds to pull in the list of accounts
Tap Account to display in Quick Balance
The widget will then display the selected account balance

Note: Currently Android does not allow editing of the widget to add multiple accounts under one widget. You can add the CFCU widget multiple times to show the Quick Balance for multiple accounts by repeating the above steps.

Additional Android notes:

You cannot edit the widget, once an account is selected. To change accounts, add more widgets, then delete/remove the widgets as needed.
Currently, you cannot stack multiple widget into a group, each one needs its own location.
Locking/unlocking a card is supported by a link to the Mobile App.

Step 4: Additional Features of the Quick Balance Widget
Transfer Funds
Tap on Transfer

This will launch the mobile app where you can authenticate your account and then go directly to the Transfer Screen.

Lock Card
If the account has a Card associated and Registered in Digital Banking for Card Controls, you will also have the a Lock Card icon.
