Community First-sponsored Celebrate De Pere kicks off busy summer of events

Community First proud sponsor of many events important to member-owners

Thursday, May 23, 2019
The weather may not be summer-like yet, but the summer event schedule is heating up with the traditional Celebrate De Pere festival over Memorial Day weekend.

Billed as the official kick off to summer, the 29th annual Celebrate De Pere May 24-27 moves to the Brown County Fairgrounds at 1500 Fort Howard Avenue, De Pere, with Community First Credit Union once again as the title sponsor.

Since Celebrate De Pere began in 1990 to celebrate the city’s 100th anniversary, it has helped raise over $2 million to support local nonprofit organizations.

Community First is pleased and proud to support many family-friendly events throughout the region that member-owners have told us are important to them.

As a regional credit union serving 13 counties in Northeastern Wisconsin, Community First believes strongly in being engaged in and celebrating the unique communities where our members live and work. This support helps contribute to our cherished quality of life and builds deeper connections with residents who call these communities home.
