The Systems Support position encompasses both data operations (50%) and help desk (50%). Responsibilities include:
- Accurately maintaining the credit union's data processing
- Providing help desk support to employees using our technology
- Providing support to members with online banking questions
There are two shifts for this position which rotate: the morning shift is typically 6:45 am - 3:15 pm and the evening shift is typically 12:00 pm - 8:30 pm. The individual in this position will also be scheduled one Saturday per month from 6:45 am to 3:15 pm.

A High School diploma or equivalent degree (GED, HSED) is required; Associates degree in information systems is preferred. Two years’ experience with information systems or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience is also required. Familiarity with CFCU's technical platform and proficiency at reading and updating department procedures is strongly desired. The ability to work a rotating schedule of early morning, late evening, and Saturday hours is a requirement of this position.
