Qualified applicants are sales-oriented, self-starters with the ability to work independently. Applicants should possess three+ years of mortgage/consumer lending experience or an equivalent combination of experience and education.
Applicants should have strong knowledge of mortgage lending, secondary market products, underwriting guidelines, and loan processing. Candidates should also have a working knowledge of the real estate and financial services industries and their products and services. The Mortgage Loan Originator must possess excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills. In order to service our present and potential members, this candidate must have the flexibility to work some evening and weekend hours.
