Member Service Representative - Travel Team

Hours: Full-time

Functions:
Come join our growing team!  As a Member Service Representative with Community First Credit Union you will:

  • Provide exceptional, “WOW” service to internal and external members
  • Open and maintain depository accounts for our membership, including checking, savings, CDs, and IRAs
  • Offer consumer loans, including Home Equity, HELOC, vehicle loans, credit cards, and other lending solutions
  • Acquire, expand and retain new and existing membership

Requirements:
This position requires exceptional member service and communication skills as well as a strong knowledge of Community First Credit Union's products and services.  An Associate's Degree in a related field and two years’ relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of the two, is required; prior lending experience is preferred.
