We upgraded our system to better serve you!


During the weekend of March 29, we upgraded our Core Operating System to deliver a better experience for you today and to improve our ability to serve your financial needs for many years to come.


What Changed?
The majority of changes affect our employees and the tool they use to serve you every day. Most aspects of your membership were uninterrupted, but there are some noticeable changes and improvements:
 
Account Information Centered Around YOU
As our member-owner, you have always been at the center of everything we do. Now, our new system puts you there too.
 
From now on, all of your accounts will be consolidated under your name, so you don’t have to remember multiple account numbers. When you visit a branch or call, we can locate any account you are connected to in a variety of ways: including by your name, member number, account number or SSN.
 
Account Number Format
Your account number(s) have been modified by adding digits to the beginning or end as shown in the FAQ. No changes are needed on your part to update any direct deposits or automatic payments you have set up with your existing account number; we’ve got that taken care of for you.
 
In addition to account number, Nicknames you give to your accounts in Online Banking can be used over the phone and in a branch to identify them. You can nickname your accounts in Online Banking whenever you choose.
 
Online Banking Login & Enhancements
There were no changes to the way you log in to Online Banking - continue to use your existing UserID and Password.
 
And, for most, the accounts you see after the upgrade are the same accounts. If you had cross-account access to an account where you do not have an ownership role on the account, that account will not be available in Online Banking going forward. If you find that adjustments need to be made to the accounts you see in Online Banking after the upgrade, please contact us for options.
 
You will see some enhancements with a new, faster loading Mobile App; interest information on all accounts, the ability to send money to and from accounts linked through Multiple Account Access without needing to switch accounts, the flexibility to resize tiles to customize your view, and more.
 
Also - going forward, you will have the opportunity to have all of your accounts accessible with a single login that is unique to you, eliminating the need to remember multiple UserIDs and Passwords. We can help you with that after the upgrade is complete if you choose.
 
New TellerPhone System 
Accounts are identified by their type (i.e. Free Checking), rather than the suffix.

New, Easier To Read Statements
You’ll see a new format, beginning with your April 30 statement.
 
Navigating the Changes
The FAQs will answer many questions you may have about what is and what isn’t changing and give you tools and tips to navigate the changes you will see. Through it all, you can be assured that we will be with you every step of the way.
 
Please be patient and allow for extra time when calling or visiting a branch in the days following the upgrade as we put our training and preparation into action on a daily basis.
