We’re upgrading our system to better serve you!

The weekend of March 29, we are upgrading our Core Operating System to deliver a better experience for you today and to improve our ability to serve your financial needs for many years to come.

An upgrade this important is a major undertaking and not taken lightly. Over the past two years, we have been working behind the scenes, carefully preparing to make the transition as smooth as possible for you. However, there will be some changes, as we complete our upgrade and afterward, and we wanted to let you know what to expect.

Modified Service Hours for March 29 - April 1
To give us time to complete the upgrade, our hours and access to online services will change for the weekend of March 29. Despite these changes in hours and availability, your debit and credit cards will function as normal and any planned direct deposits, transfers, loan and bill payments will happen as scheduled.

What Changes Will You See?
The majority of changes affect our employees and the tool they use to serve you everyday. Most aspects of your membership will continue uninterrupted, but there will be some noticeable changes and improvements:
Account Information Centered Around YOU
As our member-owner, you have always been at the center of everything we do. Now, our new system puts you there too.

From now on, all of your accounts will be consolidated under your name, so you don’t have to remember multiple account numbers. When you visit a branch or call, we can locate any account you are connected to in a variety of ways: including by your name, member number, account number or SSN.

Account Number Format
Your account number(s) will be modified by adding digits to the beginning or end as shown in the FAQ. No changes are needed on your part to update any direct deposits or automatic payments you have set up with your existing account number; we’ve got that taken care of for you.

In addition to account number, Nicknames you give to your accounts in Online Banking can be used over the phone and in a branch to identify them. We recommend nicknaming your accounts in Online Banking now, to differentiate among them and take advantage of this feature right away April 2.

Online Banking Login & Enhancements
We’re happy to tell you there are no changes to the way you’ll log in to Online Banking - you’ll continue to use your existing UserID and Password.

And, for most, the accounts you see after the upgrade will be the same accounts you see today. If you currently have cross-account access to an account where you do not have an ownership role on the account, that account will not be available in Online Banking going forward. If you find that adjustments need to be made to the accounts you see in Online Banking after the upgrade, please contact us for options.

You will see some enhancements with a new, faster loading Mobile App; interest information on all accounts, the ability to send money to and from accounts linked through Multiple Account Access without needing to switch accounts, the flexibility to resize tiles to customize your view, and more.

Also - going forward, you will have the opportunity to have all of your accounts accessible with a single login that is unique to you, eliminating the need to remember multiple UserIDs and Passwords. We can help you with that after the upgrade is complete if you choose.

New TellerPhone System
Accounts will be identified by their type (i.e. Free Checking), rather than the suffix.

New, Easier To Read Statements
You’ll see a new format, beginning with your April 30 statement.

Navigating the Changes
The FAQs will answer many questions you may have about what is and what isn’t changing and give you tools and tips to navigate the changes you will see. Through it all, you can be assured that we will be with you every step of the way.

What Can You Do To Prepare and Stay Up To Date?
While there is no real preparation required on your part, here are a few tips:
• Ensure your contact information is up to date by checking it in Online Banking,
  calling or visiting any branch.
• Be aware of your balances heading into our Upgrade Weekend, and track your
  spending carefully to avoid overdrafts while our systems are unavailable.

Banking for updates and tools.
• Please be patient and allow for extra time when calling or visiting a branch in
  the days following the upgrade as we put our training and preparation into
  action on a daily basis.

Together we will continue do our very best for you with technology that enhances the ways we serve you, improves the technology you use, and makes new products and services possible.
