Once an unauthorized transaction is reported, we cover the charges and begin an immediate investigation so the issue can be corrected quickly.

With Visa Signature Concierge Services, you receive personalized information and referrals on a wide range of topics related to travel, dining, and entertainment. From restaurant reservations to planning a trip, your 24/7 concierge can help with:

• Travel Coordination for domestic and international air travel, lodging, recreation, and ground transportation, including reservations and arrangements.

• Dining, Entertainment, and Recreation including sports, performance event tickets, and dining reservations.

• Personal Services such as gift ideas and flower delivery.

• Dark Web Monitoring continuously scans private forums and the dark web looking for your personal information. If found, notifications are sent to you with suggested next steps.

• Data Breach Notification sends warnings about large-scale breaches that occur, so you can act quickly.

• Stolen Wallet Assist provides guidance to help you cancel or replace important documents like payment cards, driver's licenses, Social Security cards, insurance cards, and more if your purse or wallet is stolen.

• Credit, Bank & Utility Account Freeze provides instructions how to take actions such as putting a hold on credit with each consumer reporting company to defend against criminals opening accounts in your name without your knowledge.

• Restoration Assist U.S.-based Identity Restoration Specialists are available Monday to Friday 6 a.m. – 5 p.m. PT with guidance should you become a victim of identity theft or other suspicious activity. Note: Cardholders will have access to special discounts if interested in purchasing a more robust identity theft offering that includes features such as the LifeLock Million Dollar Protection™ Package.
