How can I put a stop pay on my check?

To issue a stop payment please contact a Member Service Representative at (920) 830-7200 or stop in at any one of our convenient locations, or schedule an appointment. You may also place a stop payment via Digital Banking. A $25 stop payment fee will be assessed.
 
  1. Login to Digital Banking
  2. From the desktop menu select the kabob menu or three dots from the teal navigation menu or from the app select the hamburger menu on the bottom left
  3. Select Stop Payment
  4. Complete the required fields
  5. Agree to the term and fee
  6. Confirm

Specialty services like wire transfers, stop payments, money orders, and others may incur fee. Contact us, call a Member Service Representative at (920) 830-7200, or visit a branch if you have additional questions. 
Can I place a stop payment on an ACH that hasn't occurred yet?

Yes. To place a one time stop payment please contact a Member Service Representative by calling (920) 830-7200. To place a permanent stop payment on a recurring ACH transaction, please contact a Member Service Representative or visit one of our convenient locations.
What do I do if my checks are lost/stolen?

If your checks are lost or stolen please contact the credit union immediately at (920) 830-7200 or stop in at any one of our convenient locations to request a stop payment be placed.

If it is during non-business hours and accounts have been set-up in Digital Banking, please place a stop payment within Digital Banking. The fee for placing a stop payment is $25.
